Jessica A. Hegarty
 Ms. Hegarty joined the firm in 2004 after nearly four years at the Cook County States Attorney’s Office where she successfully prosecuted hundreds of cases. Since joining the firm Ms. Hegarty has generated millions in settlements and verdicts for injured persons and their families.
An active member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Ms. Hegarty was recently appointed to the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee.
Ms. Hegarty received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago prior to attending Chicago-Kent College of Law where she excelled on the school’s nationally recognized trial advocacy team. In addition, Ms. Hegarty received the law school’s prestigious CALI award for trial advocacy.
